The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc (HRC) is a non-profit nurse-managed clinic that focuses on providing affordable healthcare services to low-income, indigent, and homeless adults and transitional youth who have serious and chronic mental, emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders.
