Additional Information: Normally, the patient has to have an account before "scanning" FAA. The easiest way is to just go to the emergency room with the completed FAA. If they try and get an appointment, they'll be considered as self-pay, requested a down-payment, or asked for insurance information. If they are undocumented, they WILL NOT receive financial assistance for anything aside from the emergency visit, not scheduled visits. ONLY EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS.
